HP Prodesk 400 G7 forgot login and no restart option

[Windows 10]

i have an old work pc, the company has since shut down so i cannot contact them. I decided to try and unlock to computer but i cannot remember the password. I have been able to get into the Startup menu but there is no option to to go into Troubleshoot. I have toggled with the BIOS options. Upon the pc opening, there is no option to restart the pc while holding shift. I cannot bring up any command boxes that I have been able to figure out. Any help is greatly appreciated. Is there any way around this login menu if I don't recall the password?
