HP Probook Chronically Disconnecting and Reconnecting to WIFI

To preface my problem, this is NOT a wifi problem. Every device in my household receives super fast WIFI and has no issue staying connected to the wifi. The laptop is brand new(i got it 1 week ago) and it is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting to my wifi. I have no idea what is going on...
