HP Pro Tablet 10 EE G1 10.1" Factory reset

Hi! I just bought this tablet from goodwill that was from Miami-Dade county (I know random find). Unfortunately, the tablet has a password, and obviously, I am unable to log into it. I am trying to hard reset it to wipe down everything that it has so I can use it. However, I tried everything but it does not give me the options to hard reset it even in the bios. Does anyone has any idea how can I hard reset it? To elaborate on my question, I also want to remove any software relation with the Dade county school district.
