HP Printer prints once then causes office programs to freeze with second printing

I am using a new HP 400 Laserjet pro. All drivers are updated.

I replaced cable with new cable under 6 feet in length.


I can print one time, then the second printing causes excel, word or outlook to freeze up.

I can reboot my PC and then it will print again, one time.


I have had HP remote into my PC several times. They say the printer is fine it is my PC causing the problem.
