I was trying to scan a document to my computer, but it will not work. It says "The scan could not be completed. Make sure that the scanning software has been installed and configured on your computer, and then try again." But I'm not sure how to figure out if its configured. I have scanned things to my computer before without any problems so I don't understand why it's being crazy all of a sudden. I checked the windows scan and fax app, the printer shows up. Also, I know that the printer has the correct computer. One thing I feel like I should mention is that my mom tried to print something and I tried to cancel the printing but it wouldn't cancel. I have no idea what's going on. Please help!
