HP Laptop w/ Windows 10 Pro taking about 10-15 min to boot Windows

Hello,Have an HP laptop with Windows 10 x64 Build 19045, 32GB of RAM, 500G drive with 150G of free space is taking about 2 min to boot and then 10-15 min to boot Windows once you enter your password.Have tried...a. Run AVG tuneupb. Defragment drivec. Run sfc /scannowd. Cleared files under WDI directorye. Windows Updatef. Disabled most programs during startupSystem ran with 100% activity on disk drive all the time and some of the above tricks now have the disk drive activity to normal levels.Used the WPR and WPA twice but it is not clear to find out where is the issue.Seen articles on some Wind
