I have just purchased a new HP laptop and have contacted Canon and HP 4 x times. I have also contacted my internet provider. \*Situation is as follows.1. I can add the printer to the laptop, however when activating the canon driver the printer cannot be detected.*2. I have re-set the printer settings, downloaded the correct driver for windows 11 and for windows 10. 3. I can print from via the canon app via my mobile phone and I have printed a test sheet from the printer.4. I am connected to the printer via wi-fi.
