Hello, The dialog here on July 13, 2022, had good resolve going w/ DaveM121 a tech and JoshuaButler2. Joshua's situation sounded exactly like my situation, and I was following along with attempt to do the same steps..... BUT then the dialog ended, and we never knew if they got the situation resolved or not?? The last step, after Dave had Joshua share his minidumps, and he said that they indicated a problem with the driver file of Joshua's graphic card was causing the problem.
