HP Elitebook 2570p webcam black screen

Hi All,


We have a lot of laptop HP Elitebook 2570p have an issue when we installed Windows 10 on it.


The webcam has a black screen. I tried to download the latest version of the webcam driver still not solved.


It worked when I disconnect the internet, uninstall the driver selected "delete the driver software from this device" and it installed the driver back.


But when we connect to the internet and Windows is detecting the webcam driver update. After is an update and installed the webcam is not working.


The driver when updated and not work.

Driver Date: 7/20/2017

Driver Version: 6.0.1114.26


The driver when uninstall and deleted on this device.


Driver Provider: Microsoft

Driver Date: 6/21/2006

Driver Version: 10.0.18362.815


Can we report the driver Sonix has an issue with our laptop model and let Microsoft stop update this driver on Windows Update?


Or someone has a good solution to stop update on the local computer.


Note: The option for rollback driver is disabled.
