HP dv7 Teredo Tunneling Adapter#2 missing

Hi. My HP Pavillion dv7 running Windows 7 Home Premium stopped connecting to the internet. When I run network diagnostics on my Verizon Gig Router it says the wireless network adapter on the PC is old and needs updated. I ran troubleshooting on the adapter and it says Teredo Tunneling Adapter #2 is missing. Any ideas? Thx
