Hello.I purchased a HP all in one desktop and a HP DeskJet4220e printer. I have set up the printer, added the ink and completed allignment. All appears okay from the HP Smart App. When I try to print some work directly from the Microsoft Word app, it gives me 2 options - Microsoft Print to PDF, or OneNote (desktop).I select add printer and it shows my printer as an option, but says underneath 'Driver is unavailable'.I've been on the phone to someone from HP customer services but they don't seem to know why it's saying that or how to resolve it. They tried getting me to add my printer manually
