Enterprise Network Printer---Recently this printer was uninstalled and still held the name in Active Directory as the XP printer name. In the new Win 7 environment I installed the same printer in the same location to the same machine I uninstalled it on. Printer works fine for all users who had the printer installed originally in XP environment except for this 1 user who was having trouble printing to the printer. New Win 7 environment printer is working great for her and everyone else. Next day she comes in and prints, but only 1 page will print. However, the print job is suppose to be multiple pages long. What is happening 1 page prints out, but pages 2,3,4, & 5 are printing on top of page 1. This is only occurring for 1 user. No error reports when printing or on printer. All other users are printing fine and multiple pages printing. I've compared her MS Office programs to mine and the print layout options are the same.
