How would I fix this? (Unresponsive, slow and stuttery laptop)

Hello, I was wondering how to fix this because this has been happening for two days now. I was watching youtube on my Laptop Screen in front of me while the monitor on the left was a blank desktop, and big monitor on the right with a blue controller under it had the big blue windows update screen with no text at all, just the spinning white dots. So I thought it must’ve been a bug right? I shutdown my laptop and now boom. This is happening to me. I really have no idea what to do since I tried registering files (.dlls), sfc scan, DISM restore health, windows troubleshooter, windows update assis
