How unlock the outlook account, I can’t get the access code on my phone, I get the error “this method is not available right now”

I decided to change the graphics core on my laptop using msi center, as a result, after restarting, I received a notification from bitlocker that my hard drive was locked. When I try to log into my account and unlock it through the Microsoft website, I get an error that this method of recovering an account through a phone number does not work, what should I do?
