How to use the dedicated GPU?

Good evening. I've noticed lately that my Notebook basically uses the integrated video card ignoring the dedicated one. I tried to force te use in the screen options in Windows but it gives me only the Integrated one. Another thing i tried is to change the power saving settings, but nothing worked. The last thing i attempted was to enter the BIOS and look if there was some options to force to use the Dedicated GPU, but even this not worked.
