How to upgrade Windows 10 Pro for Workstations to Win 11

I have Windows 10 Pro for Workstations on my Lenovo ThinkStation P520c. I Installed Microsoft's PC Health Check. When I click the button for "Check Now", I get this message: "You organization manages updates to this PC"This is my personal home PC, it's not part of an organization. How do I check to see if my PC is compatible with Win 11?
