How to Upgrade motherboard and SSD without losing the license?

My computer is now running Windows 10, and I'd like to change the motherboard and the SSD to support windows 11 what to do so I don't lose the license? NB. Windows 10 is premium upgraded from Windows 7 and I don't remember the key.
