how to upgrade from windows 7 32 bit to 64 bit version?

how to upgrade from windows 7 32 bit to 64 bit version if i cant enter bios even though i pressed all buttons? i cant clean install anything, setup.exe says "this app version is not compatible with this windows"its upsetting me right now
