How to uninstall windows 24h2?

Hello. I was so unfortunate to install the latest windows update on Friday. This has produced an 0xc00001 error code totally preventing me from using my envy and Radeon laptop (bought in CH language deutsch CH).Unfortunately it is impossible from the bluescreen menu to uninstall this defective update. I receive the messages that “due to an error” it can not be uninstalled. I also tried the various options with my recovery key. This gives the same error uninstall not possible. I have spend hours with HP support. The cmd codes they tell me use use incl dism etc are for some reason not recognised
