How to uninstall windows 11?

I am experiencing issues with restarting and shutting down my computer. This has become highly problematic since the update to Windows 11. The recurrent need to force shut down the computer, instead of being able to perform a regular shut down, is extremely frustrating!!!Given these ongoing issues and my unsuccessful attempts to resolve them, I want to uninstall Windows 11. However, I would like to do so without resorting to a master reset of my computer or deleting any personal files or settings.Until I see an update for this fix or less people complain around the internet for similar issues
