How to Uninstall Microsoft Flight Sim on Windows 11

I am trying to clear up space on my computer and noticed that Microsoft Flight Sim is taking up over 100 GB of storage on my drive. I want to delete this but the folder that is full is my Roaming folder in AppData, which I have heard you should not delete folders out of AppData. Am I ok to delete this Microsoft Flight Sim folder in my Roaming AppData folder or is this going to cause a bunch of issues if I decide to reinstall it one day?
