I updated my Win 11 Laptop the next day with KB5045935, and it works fine that is how I know my PC copy of KB5045935 was corrupted.The last MS support agent recommended taking my state of the art 2023 Dell XPS 8950 to windows 10. I will never do that! imagine dealing with the drivers for my SSD's and NVIDEA car in Windows 10.To resolve my problem, I need instruction's to completely uninstall KB5045935 or,Remove NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 completely and replace with a fresh version3.5 is easy.
