How to uninstall an app the MS store says is installed but is not installed?

I am using a Windows 11 computer, and I searched for "download max." I ended up on the windows.com page, where I clicked to download it. However, nothing was downloaded or added; all that appeared was that I now "owned this app." I literally can't find it anywhere—it's not in my downloads, library, or settings. It seems like it wasn't installed on my computer but rather on my Microsoft account. I don’t want it on my account if I can’t use it. It says it's only compatible with Xbox, so maybe that's why. I don't really care, I really just want to remove it from my Microsoft account.
