How to unassign priority with task bar when program will no longer open?

I set a game to open as high priority in task manager since it kept crashing and thought that might help. After setting it as high priority now it will no longer open at all since it throws off the game launch process. I don't know how to undo it since the program won't even pull up in task manager anytime I try starting it and it is an immediate crash. I feel like I have completely broken it ):
