How to turn content adaptive brightness off in windows 11?

I've bought a new laptop that has windows 11 and it keeps on increasing brightness when white content is there and decreases it when most part of the screen is black. I want to turn it off but there is no option in display section of settings. I tried googling it and few people are doing it by making changes in registry. Is it safe to make changes in registry? I hope it won't create problem in future updates. Suggest if there is a simpler way to do it.
