how to transfer certain files to a new Hotmail account

My email was hacked by someone from another country. On the left hand side - where it shows INBOX, SENT, DRAFT etc....this is how it looks: (it won't paste)All of my files(and some emails) are in a foreign language. When I enter English as language, they do not change. I closed down 2 bank accounts- but they are reading my emails and I dont know what to do. I dont want to transfer all my files until all is in English. Can someone help me?Thank you chris lavigne
