How to talk to customer service to expedite the 30 day wait perior after changing my phone number, cant use my computer at all

Windows would not accept my pin number even though it was correct. I then had to try signing in with my email and password and would not accept either, so I used my Iphone to login to my Microsoft account and had to update my phone number and they locked me out of my account for 30 days. Online says I can speak to customer service to expedite the waiting period but there is no way to speak or email anyone at Microsoft. How do I get help?Kim
