How to switch default high performance gpu?

My computer wont use my "AMD Radeon RX 6400" as the "Default High Performance GPU" instead it uses "AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics". I don't know squat about computers but i know that when it uses the AMD Radeon RX 6400 my games look a lot nicer. Usually I just go to settings and switch it before i play games because it switches every other time I turn on my PC. Now there is not even the option for the correct GPU. Please help.
