My laptop was having start up issues so I ran the troubleshoot option displayed, however it is now stuck in a constant loop of installing updates and restarting. Its been like this for a few hours.Each loop takes about 20 seconds. It states 'Updates are underway, please keep your computer on' then 'Restarting', turns off and on and loads the Dell symbol (Dell device, but Windows software).There's nothing to show that there is any progress with the updates.I've tried starting it up in safe mode and force shut down but these don't help. I'm not sure if its the software or the laptop itself.
