How to stop Windows from reinstalling the deleted Keyboard drivers.

Hi thereI am trying tooth and nail to try and disable my Dell Laptop's built in standard keyboard. So I go over to Device Manager and delete or uninstall the Keyboard device (the drivers). But Windows 11 keeps on reinstalling these drivers. I do not wish to use my laptop's keyboard. It also seems that simply disabling the keyboard is also not possible. I have tried doing everything from changing BIOS settings to deleting the keyboard in various places (such as in Event Viewer) to no avail whatsoever.
