how to stop updating windows 10 to windows 11?

HiI have windows 10 on my laptop and i'm happy with this. I did update my laptop before to windows 11 and a few programs and games what i paid money for was not working so I came back to windows 10. On windows 10 is everything working perfectly. I will not buy new apps and games because of my windows which i paid money also is forcing me to update my system. I want keep what i paid for, ok? its not small money. One of the graphics program cost me 350euro and is working on windows 10. I don't want to update my laptop to windows 11. Tell me, how to stop it, pleaseRegards
