I want to stop the touch keyboard from following my cursor to a secondary non-touch display. This is the same issue identified in this thread: Redirecting. The issue was not resolved and is still a problem in Windows 11. This seems like a bug that Windows must fix by having an option on the touch keyboard to pin it to one display.
