How to stop so when i charge laptop, it charges on and off

It has been roughly 1+ month since this happens. So when i charge, it's not constant y'know when i plug the charger. Sometimes charged, sometimes not. It toggles on and off. Except when the laptop is off where the charging will always be on.note i use my laptop almost everday.My laptop is Asus A456UTried troubleshooting through Settings -> Update & security -> troubleshoot -> additional troubleshooter -> power, but barely worked.I use Windows 10
