How to Stop Microsoft from trying to sell me stuff on bootup

Hi, I bought this computer a year ago and use it every day. Upon booting up just now, I was asked to "finish setting up my pc" with no button to skip it. I could decline their products page by page, but I couldn't cancel the whole damned list of ads. I set it up a year ago. It didn't want to set up the pc. It wanted to sell me Office 365, then Microsoft games, then some other crap Microsoft products. I already bought the operating system. You already have my money so please STOP with ads upon boot up. If Microsoft sold refrigerators, they'd make us watch an ad (for their own crap) every time
