So Microsoft is still making Illegal, and un-authorized changes to all our machines. I have gone thru Microsoft Agreements, and found that we can indeed charge Microsoft from doing these things. I am about to start the process, but wondering if anybody else has had success?These illegal changes include; Blocking email from sites we NEED to get. Making changes on machines that require us (IT Admins) to re-configure each machine again. (This is the basis for the charge as described in the Microsoft agreement). Changing our desktops.
