How to sign out from OneDrive and then remove absolutely all traces of it on a new Win 11 build

I am very old and only trust things I can see and touch and that are physically near me. I don't want OneDrive. I don't want to have anything to do with it. And my new Win 11 box has OneDrive all over it. It confuses me when I am moving files from an old PC to my new one. I have 12 GB of NVMEs in my new build. I don't need any extra storage. I don't want anything I own going to any cloud in the sky. Is there a way to not only remove it but make sure it never touches my computer again?
