How to set up windows 11 when the cursor is missing

Recently windows 11 on my laptop became horribly corrupted. After much troubleshooting(none of which was effective) I have decided to just reinstall windows.I am using a usb flash drive to install, but when installing windows the mouse cursor does not appear. I managed to navigate to some degree by pressing tab, but when asked to accept the license terms, I am unable to move the selector to the box to accept. The arrow keys don't seem to work either.Is there a way to select that box that I am unaware of, or to get my track pad to work?
