How to set up a windows hello pin?

Hello!!!so recently my email account got deleted without no warning so I am attempting to create a new one so I have no access and cannot log in to my laptop and go to settings,everytime I try to create an account it makes me make a hello pin but I don't know how all the tutorials tell me to go to settings on laptop when I can't log in , I have the option to "do it later" but anytime I press the button my screen goes back and I'm sent back to login hell please someone help me this is so frustrating!!! :--(If it is importent I'm.not sure if it is Windows 11 but the model number is 14s-dq1508sa
