Dear Microsoft Team,
I have the following problem setting up my computer PIN. I downloaded the Authenticator app into my phone and then add my account to the app by scanning the QR code, as indicated.
However, when I tried to set-up the pin using the one-time codes generated by the app, the system would not take them (I would get a message indicating the code was incorrect). Thus, I deleted the app from my phone and downloaded it again.
Unfortunately, when I then try to add my account again, I could not find the QR code since the system assumed the original app was already set up and active.
My question is the following: How can I recover the QR code associated with my account in order to be able to add the account to the (re-downloaded) Authenticator app in my phone?
I would really appreciate your assistance on this matter. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Jorge H.
