How to set a watermark in WinPrint printer driver

I have the 'Microsoft Print to PDF' Printer driver but the paper does not allow for a watermark to be printed. Every search points me to adding as watermark in WORD before printing?I need to be able to set the default page to add a watermark. Even if it is a default page setting, I can turn it off for the few pages I need without the watermark.
