How to save PDF file to my laptop

I cannot find a Save AS function when I try to download a PDF file to my Windows 365 laptop. The Google help and AI instructions claim you can Save As under File, but again I cannot find the document either on my desk top or in My Drive. I have also tried converting PDF file to DocX and Doc, but unable to find Save As so I can send the doc to a specific folder!!Please help...thanks!
