how to run as administrator in the cmd ?

I not the administrator on the PC I purchased new in store? command prompt chkdsk: Access Denied as you do not have sufficient privileges or the disc may be locked by another process. You have to invoke this utility running in elevated mode and make sure the disk is unlocked.
