How to retrieve lost mails in Windows Live Mail

I lost all my mails/folders under the "inbox" due to cancellation of

old mail

user pop3 account and creating of new one as requested by my IP. After

new

A/C I noticed all previous mails/foldes have gone! How can I retrieve

the

old mails/folders from the old Inbox/account??

mail then reinstalling it.
