I bought a new SSD and use it as an external disk, but it somehow vanish. So I am struggling to find a way to restore all my study files from the last 2 years. I cannot find my SSD in the File Explorer, but I can see it in the "Disk Management" and "Disk drives" section in "Device Manager". However, in "Disk Management", it shows "Disk 1 - Unknown - Not Initialized" and the choice for "Initialize" is gray. In "Disk drives" section, when I check the "Volume" of the hard disk, it indicates 0 memory at all. I tried restarting my laptop, re-pluging the drive, try the disk on different devices, but
