How to resolve Windows Activation Error 0x8007007B

When I purchased Dell Workstation (Precision 3440) it had Windows 10 pro (in built). However now it is updated to Windows 11 Enterprise. I am not sure of the reason. I do have business and personal version of Microsoft 365. Is that the reason? Also, the updated windows is showing activation error 0x8007007B. I tried multiple method mentioned on YouTube however it is not helping. I tried contacting Dell support however they recommended to connect to windows team.
