How to reset Windows 10 Pro Links

I uninstalled OneDrive; however, I cannot link my "OS (C:) > Users > billy > Documents" to "This PC > Documents".

See the following Screen Print for the message received on attempt to perform a link:

Please provide step-by-step procedures to correct my problem.
