How to reset pin while logged out on razer laptop?

Recently I was trying to downgrade to windows 10 from windows 11 and I had to put my pc into safe mode to do so but it wants me to reset my pin and i can’t get back into my pc. Any help?Something happened and your PIN isn’t available. Click to set up your pin again.I have already tried to click set up my pin and it didn’t work.
