How to report driver issues with 24H2?

I've got a file system filter driver where the same .sys that installs & operates fine on 23H2 but crashes on 24H2 (Intel, not ARM). How do I report this and get support about it given that 24H2 is still prerelease? Do I have to go through the Insider Program somehow, or can I just open a case from my partner account?
