how to report a scammer that locked my computer?

My computer was suddenly frozen yesterday and was blaring like a fire alarm and said to immediately call microsoft at 855-506-5076. I did and realized this was a fake number. I could not turn off computer totally frozen. I then went on line for a phone number to microsoft and was given 877-506-5076. I called this number answered Microsoft -- so proceeded to have tech attempt to unfreeze my computer -- he did take control of my computer -- after about two hours computer was restored but he removed malwarebites and mcAfee. He then told me to shut down computer and call him today January 15
