How to report a phishing email from an Outloook account to Microsoft

Hi, I am getting phishing emails from Outlook addresses. However, these are not received at an Outlook address, since I have email at my own domain. These phishing emails are *FROM* an Outlook address.Therefore, I cannot use the technique to use the option within Outlook to report the email. Because I don't have Outlook.
